We’re a small business and currently unable to offer free prepaid returns, but we hope to introduce this in the future. Thank you for your support.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact
  • Returns showing signs of wear, damage, marks, odour, or missing hygiene seals or ribbons will not be accepted and will be sent back

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery.

UK Returns

  • Must arrive within 14 days of delivery (including the delivery day)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • A £3.00 handling fee per order (not per item) will be deducted
  • Late returns will be rejected

International Returns

  • Must arrive within 14 days of delivery
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Parcels must be clearly marked as “UK RETURNED GOODS”

Faulty or Missing Items

If you receive a faulty or missing item, please WhatsApp 07957 65542 within 48 hours of delivery.

All items are quality checked before dispatch and recorded via CCTV.

Missing Orders

Missing orders must be reported within 48 hours of being marked as delivered so we can investigate with the courier.

Reports made after this time frame may result in a replacement only.
